Welcome to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic School.  It is our mission to form students in the Truth by instilling a capacity for Christ, Compassion, and Character.  During registration, all new families (Preschool-8) will be prompted to create a new account in Powerschool. Please be sure to submit all necessary documents required for registration.  All new students entering 1st through 8th grade will be required to submit academic records. If no records are available, you will be contacted to schedule entrance assessment at St. Thomas. Failure to submit necessary documents will result in delayed registration. Families registering for St. Thomas Preschool and Pre-k programs must first complete the program preference (# of days per week, Half Day/Full Day)form.  Students registering for Preschool should be 3 years old by August 1, 2025. Students registering for Pre-K should be 4 years old by August 1, 2025. All students must be potty-trained before August 1, 2025. Once the form is complete, you will be prompted to create an account in Powerschool.

All families registering students for Kindergarten must create a new account in Powerschool. Once the registration is complete and all documents have been received families must return to this page and sign up for Kindergarten readiness assessment. This assessment is done 1:1 and will help determine students placement.

Families with students enter grades 1st through 8th should use the button below to create a new account in Powerschool and begin registration. Please make sure to submit all academic records (report cards and assessment scores) through registration or email them to cadamo@stselkhart.com.

Once you have completed the online forms our office will contact you to let you know if your child(ren) are admitted. Once accepted, we welcome the opportunity for a shadow day, where your child(ren) can spend the day with a St. Thomas student.

Once accepted, all families must register with FACTS management. Visit https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3XWY9  to register

Once accepted, the Indiana State School Choice Scholarship Program information will also be given to you. Please read the information carefully, and contact Marcia Gleason in the school office at 574-264-4855 or mgleason@stselkhart.com to see if you qualify.

St. Thomas the Apostle parishioners may also seek tuition assistance through the parish. The application form can be obtained in the school office.
